Just a quick note to thank you and your staff for the excellent work completed on our roof.  Our prior experience with roofing companies left us with feelings of disappointment and distrust.  I was pleased to see that your staff did quite the opposite.

Your sales representative was honest and thorough.  Your installers were hard-working, neat and very cooperative despite the cold weather conditions they had to endure.  We have two buildings that sit side by side and it is not very difficult to determine which roof was subject to the higher quality of installation.  I would not hesitate to use your company again should  the need arise. I just wanted to send a letter to say how pleased I am with our new roof that you installed.

I first became acquainted with your company when your sales rep stopped by to introduce himself.  When I became interested in getting a new roof, we had several contractors bidding the job.  What really impressed me about your company was that your rep gave me the information I needed, the facts, so I could make an informed decision about our roof.  I felt that a few other bidders tried pushing their product down our throats.  With your product and company, there was no need for us to be spoon-fed.  I was very impressed with how your staff handled themselves.

The roofing system that you propose, the Duro-Last Roof System, was a logical choice for many reasons. I liked that fact that most of the roofing seams where pre-manufactured.  I also liked the way the flashings were created - one piece, prefabricated. Both of these items mean fewer seams on our roof, which translates, to my company, less of a chance of leakage problems over the life of the roof.

Another unexpected benefit we received from the Duro-Last roof was cooler temperatures inside of our warehouse. Our warehouse is at least 10-12 degrees cooler with the new roof. This solved a safety issue for our company, of high temperatures inside our warehouse. Now, we don't  have to worry about that problem anymore.

Your company did exactly what they said they were going to do. You handled all the Factory Mutual insurance concerns, and saved our company money. Your crews got in, got the job done, and got out, without any disruption to production.

In the summer of 2005, we were in need of a major roof replacement on our 108 year young building in downtown Hendersonville. After spending  a good deal of time researching the various materials that we could invest into provide us with a reasonable replacement life we contacted a number of regional roofing companies. LaFerney Roofing, represented locally was ultimately our choice for doing this major building improvement.  LaFerney provided us a comprehensive analysis of the existing condition and more important a reasonable set of options that allowed for us to make the best choice for our investment.

LaFerney, Inc. Commercial Roofing has completed three projects for us.  We had contacted them through one of our deacons whose company had used LaFerney for roofing projects. The returned our call within a few days, wre on site to inspect the roof within a couple of weeks, and we had signed a contract with them less than a month from the time of our initial call.

We were very pleased with the first project, and have completed two other projects since 2003.  We only have one section of roof left, and will give LaFerney the opportunity to complete that project.

LaFerney excelled in the following areas, scheduling of the projects, professionalism of workmanship and conduct, neatness of crew's  appearance and vehicles, and quality of work.  We are very happy with the Duro-Last roofing system that LaFerney installed. The system allows for minimal disturbances during installation.

They installed a Duro-Last Roof on our facility in Morristown, TN.  During the month of September 2000.  This roof covered approximately 35,000 sq. ft.

I was pleased with the way they came in and made a plan.  They then assited me with organizing and implementing this plan and kept a time talbe consistent to the original installation time frame we discussed.  They were thorough in their methods to keep from interrupting or contaminating our process throughout the installation.  They also worked well with my staff to coordinate the installation of the roof system and modification of our existing pipe support structures.

I am very happy with the finished job and my roof leaks have been resolved with this new roof system.  I look forward to repairing a second section of roof in the coming year.

I would gladly recommend LaFerney, Inc. to anyone seeking repairs to their roof system.

I came in contact with LaFerney, Inc. in 2006 when we were proceeding to re-roof our South Assembly area, which consisted of approximately 41,000 square feet of gravel embedded built-up roof system. We had used the Duro-Last system on our North section a couple of years prior, but were not satisfied with the contractor who ended up doing the job.  We liked the Duro-Last system, but wanted a qualified contractor.

We chose to use LaFerney, Inc. because of their reputation and their good standing with Duro-Last. In addition to doing a quality installation of the South section, their service team completed specification work on the North section. LaFerney has been easy to work with and very responsive during the installation, and afterwards to address some minor issues.  I would highly recommend them to others who desire a quality roof installation installed in a professional manner.

I would like to take this opportunity to express my satisfaction with the Duro-Last roof system that was installed on our facility.  The installation crew did an outstanding job while dealing with rain on 14 out of 17 days.  The roof is now a worry free part of the facility.

Our company started dealing with LaFerney, Inc. Commercial Roofing in June of 1997. So far, their company has installed roofs on over 440,000 square feet of our facility.  We decided to use LaFerney, Inc. due to their availability and professionalism of their operation.  Basically, all I need to do is pick up the phone, and they service our company extremely well and at a moment's notice.  Their sales representative from LaFerney, Inc. and their service people are exemplary. 

Another factor in our decision to use LaFerney, Inc. was the product itself.  LaFerney, Inc.  installed the Duro-Last Roof System on our buildings, which enabled us to decrease the internal inside temperature of the buildings during the summer months.  Also, they were able to cover the internal guttering system between our buildings, and provided us a 15-year material and labor warranty, which no other manufacturer would match. These internal gutters had been an ongoing problem until the new Duro-Last roof was installed.  Now, our leaks have been eliminated.  I would not hesitate to recommend them for any roofing needs.
