take core-cut samples of the roof, inspect all major details, such
as flashings, scuppers, parapet walls, and penetrations. During the
evaluation process, we also take numerous pictures of all details

include repairs, recovery, or replacement to existing flashings,
penetrations, or other components causing leaks within the roof. Our
